Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damages & Issues

Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product (once approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

Refunds
